Can I try Rinko before paying?

Do the plans have different features?
No. Every plan includes exactly the same features.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change applies from the next billing period, and the difference is prorated.
How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely by Stripe. You get a tax invoice for every payment.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime, without penalties. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays available for 30 days, and you can export your clients, appointments and reports to CSV at any time.
Which reminder channels can I use?
WhatsApp (through the WhatsApp Business API), email, Web2SMS and SMS through a local SIM card. You pick the right channel for each client.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for Android on Google Play; the iPhone version is coming soon. Rinko also works in any browser, at app.rinko.ro.
Where is the data stored?
