Up and running in three steps

Connect your stores
WooCommerce connects in one click: you approve StoreIQ in your WordPress admin. Shopify connects with a small app you create in the Shopify Dev Dashboard. Read access is enough.

Add the tracker
Install the StoreIQ plugin on WooCommerce or paste the pixel into Customer events in Shopify, both prepared for your store in the app. It’s optional: you only need it for visitor numbers.

Frequently asked questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Create an account and StoreIQ is free for 7 days, no card needed. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going; nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
Which platforms does StoreIQ work with?
Shopify and WooCommerce. You can connect stores from both platforms to the same account and see them side by side.
Can StoreIQ change my orders or products?
No. It reads orders, products and customers to show them to you, and never edits orders, products or prices. IQ Assistant can’t either.
Is my store data safe?
Store credentials are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to fetch your stores’ data. Everything is stored in the EU (AWS, Frankfurt). No data is sold and there are no ads.
Does visitor tracking need cookies?
The tracker stores no identifier on visitors’ devices and never stores IP addresses; visitors are counted with a code that changes every day. Where your site collects consent (WP Consent API or Shopify’s customer privacy settings), the tracker follows it.
How fresh is the data?
New orders sync every few minutes, and visitor numbers update live once the tracker is installed.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes: Android on Google Play, iPhone as a public beta on TestFlight until the App Store release, and any browser at app.storeiq.ro.
How do I cancel?
Cancel your subscription in the web app at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and deleting the account removes all synced data.
