Academic timetable
The timetable in a clear, easy-to-read view for students and professors.
An eLearning platform for “Constantin Brâncoveanu” University of Pitești that brings the timetable, course materials, announcements, messages and assignments together for students and professors.

The challenge
“Constantin Brâncoveanu” University of Pitești was founded in 1991 and has been accredited by law since 2002. Today it runs three faculties, in Pitești, Râmnicu Vâlcea and Brăila, with 11 bachelor’s and 16 master’s programmes.
For students and professors, everyday information lived in too many places: timetables, course materials, announcements and assignments were spread across emails, chat groups and documents that were easy to lose. The platform was built to bring all of it into one place.
What we built
The timetable in a clear, easy-to-read view for students and professors.
Each subject has its own section with lecture notes, bibliography and extra resources.
Subject-based group chats and private messages connect students with their professors.
Exams, midterms, meetings and workshops are published once and reach every student they concern.
Students upload their work in the platform; professors follow deadlines and who has submitted.
How we built it
We start from what the users need every day and design the main screens with UX prototypes before development.
This platform is a Flutter web app on a Laravel backend. We build in short steps that the client can follow and test along the way.
We test every module before it goes live.
We offer maintenance and new features after launch, so a platform like this can grow with the academic year.
