The challenge
Too many programs for one restaurant
Restaurant and café managers were juggling several programs at once for the floor, the kitchen, the till and the stock, and moving data from one app to another by hand.
In Romania the software also has to work with the fiscal cash register and e-Factura, keep selling when the internet drops and stay simple enough for a busy team without an IT department.
What we built
The whole restaurant in one place
Kitchen and bar
Orders go separately to the kitchen and the bar, on a screen or to each station’s printer.
Stock and recipes
Stock goes down with every dish sold, and incoming goods are recorded straight from the supplier’s invoice.
Reports
Sales over time and payments by method on the admin dashboard, from any device.
On the phone too
Waiters take orders at the table on a phone, and managers follow the tables from anywhere.
How we built it
How we build and run REVO
Evaluation & design
REVO started from what we saw in cafés: managers moving data between apps. The design puts the floor, the kitchen, the till and the stock in one program that needs no IT team to run.
Development
A Flutter app for Android tablets and phones on a Laravel back end and API; the admin panel opens on any phone or computer.
Testing & launch
A 7-day free trial without a card; the team imports the menu and helps each venue get started.
Support & updates
A public roadmap shaped by what the first clients ask for, and a changelog updated with every release.
